Attorney David Gibbs, III is a frequent spokesperson on radio and television having appeared on most major news and talk programs including CNN’s Larry King Live, Fox & Friends, Hannity & Colmes, On the Record, The Michael Reagan Show, and Face the Nation. He is also the host of the daily radio program, The Legal Alert, now heard on 1,250 radio outlets daily.
Gibbs is the presenter for the Legal Issues Workshop on March 7, 2009 at First Baptist Church of South Lyon, Michigan. He works with the Christian Law Association and the Gibbs Law Firm, P.A. defending the rights of churches and Christians nationwide as a legal missionary. He has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, numerous federal courts nationwide, as well as, state bars in Florida, Minnesota, Colorado, North Dakota, District of Columbia, Ohio, and Texas. |

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and was conferred the Juris doctor, or doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.
Gibbs enjoys a ministry of Bible preaching and providing FREE legal counsel and defense for churches and Christians.
Attorney David Gibbs is married to Carin Gibbs and together they have four children: Heather, Heidi, David IV, and Danielle.
